The Halal products
Traditionally, the halal products were primarily sold in the
small grocers of district, in the vicinity immediate of the
basins of consumption.
More and more, however, the great distribution, hypermarkets at
the head, develop its offer, going even, in certain points of
sale, until creating a pole halal in the prolongation of the ray
of the exotic products. An evolution which is checked at the
international level. Parallel to the traditional receipts of the
Moslem countries, one sees more and more products resulting from
the French culinary inheritance raising the guarantee halal.
In certain sectors, like the poultry for example, several French
companies became heavy lorries of the export of food products
towards the Maghreb and the Middle East. |
